To begin your adventure in Oroza RO, we recommend using our Smart Installer. It is a lightweight file that downloads, prepares and updates the full client automatically.

The Smart Installer helps prevent common installation errors, missing dependencies, Windows Defender blocks and issues related to Gepard Shield.
💾 How to start playing?
Follow these steps in order to install Oroza RO correctly:
Click the main download button. The file is lightweight and will handle the full client download for you.
Open Instalador_OrozaRO.exe. If Windows asks for administrator permissions, allow them so the installer can prepare the game correctly.
Select whether you want to play in Spanish or English. The installer will prepare the correct version for you.
If the installer asks you to add an exclusion in Windows Defender, select Yes. This helps prevent the antivirus from blocking files related to Gepard Shield by mistake.
The installer will automatically download the Oroza RO client. If your internet disconnects, you can close and reopen the installer: the download will continue from where it stopped.
This step is mandatory. The Resolution Configuration window or Setup.exe will open. You must select your resolution and press OK. If you skip this step, the game may not open correctly.
Once finished, the Oroza RO patcher will open. Let it download the latest patches, press Play and begin your adventure in Midgard.
🛡️ Important notice about Gepard Shield
Oroza RO uses Gepard Shield to keep the game experience fair, protected and stable. Some antivirus programs may incorrectly detect client files as false positives.
The Smart Installer tries to prepare the exclusion automatically. However, if the game closes, does not open or your antivirus removes files, check your Windows Defender exclusions or visit the common errors guide.
Add your Oroza RO folder to your antivirus exclusion list to prevent unexpected crashes.
📦 Alternative download: Full ZIP Client
Use this option if the Smart Installer feels slow or if you prefer downloading the full client as a single file. This option is recommended for players who already have experience installing Ragnarok Online clients.
