🐾 Your First Pokémon & Training

Welcome to Oroza RO! Every great Pokémon Master started their journey with a single step. In this guide, we will explain how to earn the right to receive your first companion, obtain your trainer license, and forge an unbreakable bond with it.

Follow these steps in order to complete your initiation.

💡 Tip: If you ever get lost, you can use the @guia command in the game chat to get step-by-step directions.

Prof. Willow's Challenge
Go to the Training Zone (you can easily get there using @go 15) and talk to Prof. Willow. He doesn't give away Pokémon to just anyone; he will ask you to bring basic materials dropped by monsters in that map to prove your determination.

Nurse Joy and your Starter
Once Willow approves you, he will send you to the Pokémon Center in Prontera. Nurse Joy will allow you to choose your Starter Pokémon (Bulbasaur, Charmander, or Squirtle) and give you Incubators and food.

The Approval Report
With your Pokémon in your bag, return to the Training Zone (@go 15), cross the bridge to the castle, and find the Mission NPC. Complete their "Initial Mission" to receive the key item: Approval Report.

Ash Ketchum and the Bond
Hatch your Pokémon from its egg using the Incubator! With your active Pokémon and your Report in your inventory, go find Ash Ketchum inside the same castle area. He will validate your report, make your Pokémon Loyal instantly, and teach you how to fight.

🎒 Materials for Prof. Willow

You will need to hunt in the area around Professor Willow to gather this exact list of items:

🎁 Choose your Companion

Nurse Joy will let you choose one of the three classic Kanto starters. Think carefully, as they will accompany you for a long time.

Squirtle

In addition to your Pokémon, you will receive Incubators and Food to keep it healthy and happy.

⚔️ The Skill: Attack Order

By graduating with Ash Ketchum (handing in the Approval Report and having your pet out of its egg), two incredible things will happen:

❤️ Your Pokémon's loyalty will immediately rise to the maximum (Loyal / Intimate).
✨ You will permanently learn the platinum skill [Attack Order] (Skill 1020).

This skill is crucial, as it allows you to manually select which enemy you want your Pokémon to attack during combat.

⚠️ Single Account Rule (Anti-Abuse)

To protect the server's economy and balance, the Starter system features strict security linked to your hardware (Gepard Shield):

❌ Only 1 Starter Pokémon is allowed per Person / Device / IP.
❌ If you create another character or account on the same computer and try to claim another Pokémon from Nurse Joy, the system will block you.
❌ Ash Ketchum's free training is also limited to once per computer.

Choose your companion wisely, as it will be your only free Starter!
