To attempt an enchantment, you must provide the following materials to the NPC:
5,000,000 Zeny
3 VIP Tickets

The system will choose one of these stats at random:

📌 Important Warnings
- Card Loss: If your Hat has a card equipped, it will be permanently lost during the process.
- MvP Compatibility: If the Hat has an MvP fragment system, the previous effect will be replaced.
- Drop Bonus: If the Hat has Drop Bonuses (Random Options), these will be completely removed.
- No Refunds: If the Hat breaks (5% chance), the Staff will not provide refunds for items or Zeny.
