🎯 Pokémon Catching System

Welcome to the hunt! On our server, wild Pokémon spawn dynamically all over the world. Get ready to track them, fight them, and catch them to add new companions to your team.

🌍 Spawns and Biomes

⏳ Time Intervals A new wild Pokémon will spawn globally at a random interval between 20 and 60 minutes. There will be a server-wide announcement to let you know!

⚠️ Aggressiveness All wild Pokémon are highly aggressive! Prepare to fight or immobilize them before trying to get close with your Pokéball.

Pokémon choose their habitat based on the map's Biome. There are 6 main biomes:

🏙️ Cities: Attracted by people, any type of Pokémon can randomly appear here.
🌳 Nature: Forests and plains (Payon, Mjolnir, Splendide).
💧 Water/Ice: Coasts and icy caves (Izlude, Ice Dun, Moscovia).
🔥 Fire: Volcanic areas (Thor, Magma Dun).
🏜️ Desert/Earth: Sands and mines (Sograt, Ant Hell, Einbroch).
🦇 Darkness: Spooky and mystic places (Glast Heim, Niflheim, Thanatos Tower).

🎮 Upon Encounter

You have two main options when you encounter one:

1️⃣ Catch It: If you have its Taming Item (specific Pokéball), you can try to catch it. Reducing its HP to a minimum will exponentially increase your chances.
2️⃣ Defeat It: If you defeat it in combat, it will guarantee a drop of its Taming Item so you can try next time.

👨‍🔬 Professor Oak

Present in all major cities and the Pokécenter. He offers:

📡 Poké-Radar: Shows you the exact list and map of currently active wild Pokémon.

⚔️ Skill: Attack Command

Professor Oak can also teach you the Platinum Skill [Attack Command]. This skill allows you to manually select a target for your pet to attack, giving you total tactical control in combat.

To learn it, you must prove your worth by collecting 1 unit of each of these 16 rare materials (precious minerals and MvP/Mini-Boss drops):

📊 Official Catch Formula

The success rate is not fixed; it depends on how weakened the Pokémon is. The less HP it has, the easier it will be to catch.

Final Rate = Base Rate + [ (100 - % Current HP) × (Base Rate / 100) ]

📌 View Practical Example

You try to catch a monster with a 30% base rate and you have reduced its life until it only has 40% HP left:

Rate = 30 + [ (100 - 40) × (30 / 100) ]
Rate = 30 + [ 60 × 0.30 ]
Rate = 30 + 18 = 48% Final Catch Chance

🎁 Pokéball Machine Machine

Located in Prontera (below the King Poring). It grants you 1 random Pokéball every 24 hours. These only work to catch Pokémon in their base stage.
