🚀 Advanced Guide: Mission System

Mission NPC

The Oroza RO Mission System is more than just a leveling method; it is a progression and economy engine designed to reward consistency and team play.

⚙️ Progression Mechanics

⏳ Redo Delay (Cooldown) Many missions are repeatable but have a Redo Delay. This means that after completion, the NPC will rest (e.g., 24 hours) before allowing you to take the same adventure again.
📈 Level Scaling The system filters missions based on your base level. If you "over-level" and exceed the mission's maximum range before turning it in, you will lose the chance to claim the reward. Turn it in on time!

🔍 Visualizing Progress

The @mission command is your best ally. When used, the chat will show a breakdown using the following color code:

[ MISSION STATUS ]
> Poring : 5 / 10 (Need 5)
> Fabre : 10 / 10 (Completed)
> Empty Bottle : 2 / 5 (Need 3)

*The system automatically detects if you have the required collection items in your inventory when checking status.

👥 Party Strategy (Shared Kills)

Unlike other servers, at Oroza RO we encourage Support Jobs (Priests, Linkers, Bards) to progress at the same rate as DPS classes.

Visible Range (17 Cells) For a kill to count for everyone, the party member must be near the player who deals the finishing blow. If you wander too far, the kill will not be counted for you.
Multi-Counting If several party members have the same mission, a single kill counts for everyone simultaneously, speeding up the farming process by up to 500% in full parties.

🏆 Why complete missions?

  • Sustainability: It is the most consistent way to obtain Zeny and Donation Points without relying on drop luck.
  • Exclusive Content: Mission Boxes contain items that do not drop from common monsters.
  • Local Lore: Each city (Prontera, Morocc, Payon, etc.) has thematic missions from its specific region.

🤔 Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if the server crashes or I close the game?

The system saves your progress every 10 kills and upon every logout. However, for extra safety, use the @savemision command before logging out voluntarily.

Can I cancel a mission if I change my mind?

Yes, by talking to the same NPC who gave you the mission. Keep in mind that you will lose all accumulated progress for that specific mission and, if it was a one-time quest, it might not be available again.
